Michael Fernandez, D.M.D.
I'm a native Floridian and was raised in the Seminole area. I am a 1987 graduate of St. Petersburg Catholic High School, a 1991 graduate of Florida State University, and a 1995 graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry. My post graduate training included a General Practice Residency in the United States Navy, which was followed by four years as a Lieutenant in the Navy Dental Corps. I was stationed at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia and at CFAS in Sasebo, Japan. I have been in private practice in Seminole since 1999.
I am an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and the Pinellas County Dental Association. I am also a member of the local chapter of the Seattle Study Club, which focuses on advanced continuing education.
I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful children and wife, going to concerts and local sporting events, playing golf, tennis and supporting FSU athletics.
I have been in the dental field for 18 years. I love working at Fernandez Dentistry as we take the time to get to know our patients. I am originally from Massachusetts and have lived in Ohio before moving back to Florida 5 years ago. I have been married to my husband, Scott for 30 years and we have two awesome kids. We love to walk on the beach, swim and spend as much time as we can with our family. We have two Bengal cats who are spoiled rotten
I have been a dental assistant in the area for over 38 years. I am an avid cyclist and runner. I also enjoy camping, boating and love the Florida beaches.
I am a Florida native and grew up in the Seminole area. I graduated from St. Petersburg College Dental Hygiene program in 2006. I have 2 sons, Clay and Dylan and we love fishing, going to the beach and camping. I am so excited to be a part of this amazing office!
I am a Florida native and have been a hygienist for over 15 years. I enjoy gardening, taking photos and spending time with my family.
